Infinite Recruit is managed by Deborah Longstaff. Deborah uses her past experience in company matters and as a result the processes of Infinite Recruit are predominatley built from her experience. Below is a biography of Deborah.

Biography

Deborah embarked on a career in Recruitment within the Royal Navy, upon leaving the WRNS she joined a Telecommunication Recruitment Specialist where she spent 10 years reaching the position of Joint Managing Director.

During this time she became a Governor of the Institute of Employment Consultants (I.E.C. - now R.E.C) sitting on the Training & Education committee for 7 years.

Deborah made a conscious decision to broaden her industry knowledge and move out of Telecommunications recruitment into Commercial Recruitment running a branch network in London, S.E. England + Hertfordshire.

Deborah entered the Facilities Management Recruitment arena in March 2002 as Operations Director & headed up the Executive Search & Selection division - successfully managing campaigns to recruit & place FM leaders; Senior Managers, Director’s & MD's in the UK & International FM market place.

In 2010 Deborah set up Infinite Recruit in partnership with two other industry leaders to provide bespoke, consultative recruitment solutions to the FM, Built environment & IT sectors.
